The GYSFLASH vertical 51.48 CNT FV is a high-power 50 A CONNECTED charger with inverter technology. It keeps a 6 V, 12 V, 16 V, 24 V, 36 V, 48 V, lead acid or lithium battery at a perfectly stabilised voltage during diagnostic phases. It also guarantees optimum charge quality for servicing the most advanced vehicles. Its USB connectivity makes it 100% customisable.

4 operating modes:
• Charging: for 12, 16, 24 and 48 V lead-acid or lithium batteries (LFP) from 5 to 600 Ah.
• Diagnostics: supports 12, 16, 24 and 48 V batteries in vehicles undergoing diagnostics up to 50 A.
• Showroom: provides the battery with current compensation when using the electrical accessories of a demonstration vehicle.
• Tester: checks the battery voltage, assesses the starting system (starter + battery) and the state of the vehicle’s alternator.
• Flexible Voltage: the charger operates at a supply voltage of between 85 and 265 V.

Dedicated to recharging traction batteries:
• Voltage adjustable from 6 to 48 V.
• 2 charging profiles and a configuration developed by Gys engineers are dedicated to forklift batteries, cherry pickers, scrubber-driers, etc.

DESIGNED FOR PARALLELISATION

The GYSFLASH 51.48 CNT’s horizontal design facilitates parallelisation. Setting up several
superimposed chargers, connected by SHM and PHM modules, makes it one very powerful 48 V
charger (100 – 200 A).

AUTOMATIC CHARGING

• Specialised, eight-stage, lead-battery charging curve (nine stages in traction) or a nine-stage,
  unsupervised, lithium-battery charging curve.
• Auto-Detect’ and ‘Auto-Restart’ functions automate the charging process when the battery is plugged
  in or during power cuts.
• Recovers deeply discharged batteries (> 2 V) with its automatic SOS Recovery stage.

TECHNOLOGIES & ADVANCED FEATURES

• Flexible Voltage FV technology, the charger works with a supply voltage anywhere between 85 – 265 V.
• Controls and calibrates cables
• Locking prevents tampering, making it ideal for garages and exhibition centres.
